A lawsuit now faces a Muncie man charged with murder in a pedestrian’s hit-and-run death. 41 year old Aaron Harmon is accused of striking and killing 44 year old Matthew Smith of Muncie in the parking lot of Cheer’s Tavern last October. Now he’s being sued by another individual who claims they were also struck by his car in the incident.
