A Ball State student is sueing the university’s board of trustees, alleging he was attacked last year in his dormitory. The Star Press reports Nolan Akridge suffered a concussion in an attack in his dorm room following a dispute over students being loud in a dorm lounge. The suit claims the incident on November 3rd last year left Akridge with a concussion and a broken nose.
