Tonya Brothers-Bridge has been appointed to the Muncie Sanitary District sanitary board by Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour. She replaces Mike Cline who stepped down as of August 26th. She marks the third appointment to the board under the Ridenour administration. The board was expanded from three members to five this year.
