NJ Scammer Gets Three Years Behind Bars In Anderson Scheme

A New Jersey man sentenced in Anderson after trying to scam two families out of more than $28,000. Police say 25 year old Raisuli Rodriguez-Fermin after making a call to a woman pretending to be a lawyer and saying that her son was involved in an accident and that in order to avoid prosecution she was would have to send a total of $19,000. Police say he was involved in a similar incident in Oregon.
