A Delaware County man accused of killing a female acquaintance has been formally charged with murder. 36 year old Ashley Marie Bennett was found dead in her apartment on the 600 block of South Council Street on August 3rd. According to the Star Press, 40 year old David Bond Jr. is charged with murder, along with resisting law enforcement and possession of meth over events on Aug. 5, the day Bond was arrested in the killing.
