Man Accused Of Striking Vehicle With Gunfire

He was on parole for voluntary manslaughter and now a Muncie man is accused of firing gunshots at another vehicle while driving on South Madison Street. 47 year old Billy Ray Barker Junior faces several charges in connection with the incident. The Star Press reports Barker was in a pick up truck on August 18th and fired two shots that hit a vehicle at the intersection of Madison Street and Memorial Drive.
