14 inmates at the Madison County jail have tested positve for coronavirus and a dozen more will be tested for it Friday. These are the first cases of the illness at the lock up. Back in April, another 14 were tested, but none came back positive. The first inmate to come down with it, spread the virus to others in his cellblock even though he was promptly transferred to another one.
