The Muncie Sanitary District made some major administration changes during Wednesday’s sanitary board meeting. The Star Press reports those include the naming of a new district administrator and one of the board members stepping down. Also, the board appointed John Barlow to act as permanent district administrator. Barlow was previously superintendent at the wastewater treatment plant, where he has worked for 38 years.
