A Muncie police officer pulled over a minivan at Eighth Street and Port Avenue and ended up making a drug arrest. Police say 43 year old Malcolm Edward Johnson had inside, a plastic bag containing 56.3 grams of heroin. The Star Press reports a search of the Caravan produced another bag, containing 4.4 grams of meth, along with eight syringes and another gram of heroin.
