Muncie police officers arriving at City Hall late Saturday afternoon were cheered by a crowd of more than 50 pro-law enforcement demonstrators. As that took place, a smaller group held a protest of its own along North Walnut Street outside the Delaware County Justice Center. Signs there read “Black Lives Matter” and “Defund police.”
