Oasis, a Muncie watering hole in operation for 68 years, is up for sale. The price on the bar at 1811 S. Burlington Dr. is $295,000. Five generations of the of the original owners’ family have worked there. The current owners say they no longer want to deal with the day to day operations and are seeking a buyer.
