A Muncie man is charged in the fatal heroin overdose of another man. Police say 46 year old Derrick Walker Clark is charged with dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death. Investigators tell the Star Press he supplied the drug to 25-year-old Kieran S. Vorhees, who overdosed a short time later, and died at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital on July 3.
