Delaware County has hired a law firm to try to recoup money spent during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Star Press reports the county hired the law firm Barnes and Thornburg for a flat fee of $20,000 to see about being repaid money for payroll, infrastructure and cleaning supplies. All told, it could total $3.7 million.
