The first week of July a new billboard will be up at the intersection of Jackson and Kilgore. The individuals who are pictured are owners of businesses that have recently opened under COVID-19 restrictions. There are ten pictures in all with the slogan, Welcome Home, and The Original Muncie, also on the billboard.
