A Henry County man was shot dead in his home after a standoff with authorities. 50 year old Troy Wiley of Kennard, was involved in a domestic situation and after finding a woman outside who looked to have been beaten and strangled, officers ordered Wiley outside. When he refused, they went in, and the shooting occurred.
