In Anderson, the Blight Elimination Program continues. Mayor Thomas Broderick, Jr. authorized the demolition of an abandoned structure at 3037 E. Lynn Street earlier this week as part of his Quality of Life initiative. In all, 130 properties deemed as unsafe or eyesores will be torn down.
