Pridemark Construction in Muncie was paid $1.75 million to demolish the Emens Auditorium parking garage, and there’s little left of the structure. It’s being torn down so a grand lawn can be placed in the middle of the Ball State University campus. In addition to the demolition, the lawn itself will cost just under $1.5 million to install.
