There’s a tire park taking shape in Anderson and the work is thanks to members of Anderson First Church of the Nazarene. It’s at 25th and Jackson streets and may be done by week’s end. There are also plans to open up a community garden on Jackson Street within the next two weeks, according to the Herald Bulletin.
