More details about the murder last week of 29 year old Troy Sandifer of Muncie. An affadavit says 42 year old Tavis Corbin shot Sandifer in a second floor apartment at 422 W. Howard Street, then shot at and wounded a woman trying to flee the apartment, then turned back and shot Sandifer another time as he was on the floor.
