Family members of a Portland man shot to death last week is seeking answers about his death. The Star Press reports Spencer Calvert died during an encounter with law enforcement officers near Alexander and Walnut streets. A police report indicated the individual was armed at the time, but there has been no further release about the incident or naming the victim.
