Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour is demanding the paperwork for Nikki Grigsby’s dismissal from the Muncie Sanitary District. Monday, the City received a partial response to its demand indicating Grigsby had separated from her employment on February 29, three days after she pleaded signed a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
