A Muncie man accused of head butting his wife was arrested Monday night. 23 year old Phillip Blanchard was preliminarily charged with domestic battery and criminal confinement. He was being held in the Delaware County jail on Tuesday under a $7,500 bond. Police went to a residence on East 16th Street where the pair had apparently been arguing over where their dogs would stay in the event of a divorce.
