A stretch of Wheeling Avenue will be closed for a few hours on Tuesday, as construction takes place there. The Star Press reports Wheeling Avenue will close just south of the McGalliard Road intersection between 3 a.m.- 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.- 11 a.m. The hope is those work times will keep the road delay-free during morning and afternoon rush hours as utilities are relocated there.
