A Muncie man involved in a police chase was killed when his vehicle wrecked. It happened Tuesday at Ind. 28 and Walnut Street. 25 year old Devan Austin Twilley was pronounced dead at the scene. He was being pursued after allegedly forcing his way into a home on the 600 block of North Sycamore Street in Gaston about 1:10 a.m.
