Delaware County emrgency management officials say testing for coronavirus has been difficult due to the nationwide outbreak and only so many tests to go around. EMA Director Jason Rogers says, in effect, the ‘worried-well’ are demanding to be tested, causing the shortage,” according to a report in the Star Press. He says state directives are trying to ensure that health care workers and critical patients are the only ones getting the test.
