The death of an 11-month-old girl in Elwood has been ruled a murder. The Herald Bulletin reports an autopsy was done on Emmarie Pablo which found significant bruising through the girl’s body. Her mother, 22 year old Anna Pablo, 22, was already behind bars on neglect of a dependent charges and will now have a murder charge attached.
