A woman who tried to deliver methamphetamine to an inmate at the New Castle Correctional Facility is under arrest. 29 year old BreAnn Achors had apparently brought meth to 30 year old James Wimmer twice and when she arrived at the prison on Sunday, officers found 14 and a half grams of the drug on her. Wimmer is a convicted burglar and rapist. Achors is now behind bars.
