A man on top of a train had to be sedated to get him down. It happened Wednesday afternoon along Kilgore Avenue near the Youth Opportunity Center. When police contacted the man, he yelled at them and refused to come down. So they surrounded the train, climbed up on top of the car and sedated the man before taking him into custody.
