An Anderson woman whose child was injured in a single vehicle crash, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. 27 year old Kelsey Huston’s minivan rolled onto its driver’s side Monday night and a police officer broke the windshield to get to her and her three children inside, one of home was bleeding profusely from the head.
