Murder counts face a Muncie man accused of intentionally running down a pedestrian outside a northside tavern. The Star Press reports 41 year old Aaron Harmon of the 1700 block of North Reserve Stree was driving the car that struck 44 year old Matthew Paul Smith, also of Muncie, outside Cheers Tavern at 3823 N. Broadway back in October. Smith died os his injuries.
