A high-speed chase and a foot pursuit led to charges being filed against an Ohio man in Delaware County. 46 year old Shannon Charles Blankenship is charged with criminal recklessness, driving as a habitual traffic offender, reckless driving, resisting law enforcement, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and unlawful possession of a syringe after a chase late Thursday night in Muncie.
