Police say a man was shot early Friday morning in Gaston. Officers were called to the 600 block of North Sycamore Street shortly before 9 a.m. Friday. The victim, who was shot in the shoulder, told police that six masked men confronted him and one opened fire. Investigators say they’re talking to five people in connection with the shooting.
