Formal charges now filed against two Muncie teens accused in the shooting death of a 19 year old. 18 year olds
Kevoszia J. Winston and Dimorrea J. Benning, according to the Star Press, are each charged with murder in the January 9th slaying of Seth N. Barton. Winston faces a second murder count, alleging he fired the gunshot that killed Barton.
