A plea agreement is being hashed out in connection with a federal criminal case facing a Delaware County businessman. The Star Press reports attornies for Jeffrey Burke, who was arrested on charges of bank fraud and lying to the FBI, are working on a deal that would avoid a trial, which is scheduled for later this month.
