Officials Want Complaint Hearing Moved To Another County

Madison County officials are seeking to move a complaint filed over redrawn Commissioner District lines to another county. According to the Herald Bulletin, County Attorney Jonathan Hughes filed two motions asking that today’s hearing be postponed. The second motion is to have jurisdiction in the case moved to another county because the case involves a political issue.
