Anderson Man Faces Charges After Injuring Infant Daughter

An 18-year-old Anderson man is now facing neglect charges after his infant daughter was treated for multiple serious injuries. Justin Dickey has been charged after police were alerted to serious injuries of Dickey’s 2-month-old daughter by doctors at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
