Formal charges now filed against two Muncie teens accused in the shooting death of a 19 year old. 18-year-olds Kevoszia J. Winston and Dimorrea J. Benning, according to the Star Press, are each charged with murder in the January 9th slaying of Seth Barton. Winston faces a second murder count, alleging he fired the gunshot that killed Barton.
