Flu-Related Illness Claims Three

This flu season has been particularly hard on Madison County where three residents have died as a result of flu-related illness. The Herald Bulletin reports that a 49-year-old female resident died recently and had received a flu shot. The two other flu-related deaths were of people over the age of 65; including a 77-year-old woman who died on Wednesday.
