Mayor Dan Ridenour has a series of community forums planned out labeled, “Dream with Dan 2.0.” The idea is to give residents a chance to voice concerns and ask questions of city officials. The first happens from Jan. 30 at Muncie Civic Theatre, with all department heads. The forums will take place the last Thursday of each month.
