Roughly six months ago, 28 year old Kody Mathis was charged with beating up his then-pregnant wife. Now he;s charged again. Police recently took a report indicating Mathis slammed a door on the victim’s hand as she tried to keep him from taking his wallet and also, pushed her into a china cabinet. Police say the incident happend with their five year old and infant in the home.
