Customers of Anderson Municipal Light & Power will see their rates go up by 3.69%. It will mean an increase of $3.41 cents for the average custome. Homes using 800 kilowatts of electricity per month are being charged $92.35 and for the second quarter, that figure will climb to $95.76. Officials say normally the rates drop in the third quarter.
