Muncie native Wil Hampton will serve as the new president of the Noblesville Common Council following a vote during a reorganization meeting held on January 6. Darren Peterson was elected as vice president. Hampton began serving his second four-year term in 2020. During his years on the council, Hampton has served on all council committees.
