A Muncie woman charged in a man’s deadly overdose is instead pleading guilty to a drug dealing charge. 31 year old Rachelle Tucker struck a deal with prosecutors last week to plead guilty to dealing in a narcotic drug, which carries up to six years in prison in connection with the death of 29 year old Dustin Rhodes. Sentencing is tentatively set for February 18th.
