Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler has retained Indianapolis attorney James H. Voyles Jr. for legal representation in his case. Voyles has represented many big name clients and will defend Tyler against accusations that he accepted a $5,000 bribe in exchange for “steering lucrative excavation work to a local contractor. Currently, the trial is slated to begin in January, but could be delayed.
