A Muncie man convicted of sexually assaulted two pre-teen boys has had his conviction upheld. 56 year old Vince Bryan was found guilty in February and was sentenced to 40 years in prison followed by 30 more on probation. The Indiana Court of Appeals shot down his appeal in a 3-0 ruling this week.
