Randolph County Man Accused Of Battery & Confinement

A Randolph County man is accused of domestic battery and criminal confinement. 47-year-old James E. Hensley, of Union City, is facing a lengthy prison sentence if convicted. He was found guilty of battering the same woman in 2009 – meaning he is now looking at up to six years on the domestic charge and a maximum 30-month sentence for criminal confinement.
