Police say they nabbed a Muncie man with drugs on him. 29 year old Desmond Cooks was charged with possession of meth and heroin when he was stopped over the weekend in a traffic stop. Police had gotten a tip that Cooks had just been involved in a drug deal. A K-9 officer alerted that there were drugs in his vehicle.
