An early morning house fire Sunday claimed the life of a Muncie woman. Investigators say 62 year old Joann David’s body was found inside 301 W. 13th Street. The fire that killed her was the result of a cigarette smoking accident that started David’s clothes on fire. A sprinkler system limited damage inside the residence.
