A Muncie man admitted to police that he had taken speed before an incident in which he was reportedly banging on doors and screaming that someone had kidnapped his son. 29 year old Cameron Capps of the 1400 block of South Emerson Court was found flailing around on a porch when police arrived. His son hadn’t been kidnapped. Capps faces a count of neglect of a dependent.
