2020 budgets are in place for four utlities in Anderson to the tune of $115 million. Spending plans are approved for Anderson Municipal Light & Power, Anderson Water Department, Anderson Wastewater Department and Anderson Stormwater Department. The four are holding the line on spending for the new fiscal year.
